Interesting movies in July

As the peak of summer approaches, Vietnamese cinemas will be releasing a wide range of films across various genres.

First, the family comedy "The Last Wish" will open the box office for July, featuring a cast of young actors including Avin Lu, Ly Hao, Manh Quynh, and Hoang Ha, along with established names like Tien Luat and Dinh Y Nhung.

The central character of the film is Hoang, a young man afflicted with a rare disease and with little time left. Hoang asks his two closest friends, Thy and Long, to help him fulfill his last wish: to become a mature man before he dies. The efforts of his friends and family help Hoang realize that his greatest happiness is not becoming a "man," but living alongside wonderful people who always love and support him.

The film will be released on July 4th.

On the same day, the iconic Hollywood franchise returned with its latest installment, "Jurassic World: Rebirth." Set five years after "Jurassic World: The Territory," the film depicts a modern Earth environment unsuitable for dinosaurs. Many of the resurrected prehistoric lizards have died, but some survive and take refuge in a remote tropical region. This is where Scarlett Johansson, Mahershala Ali, and Jonathan Bailey embark on an extremely dangerous mission.

Also on July 4th, children can look forward to an exciting adventure in the movie "The Big Trip 3: Race Around the World." Due to a mistake by the "shipper" Crane, Mic-Mic the bear is forced to embark on another unexpected and equally thrilling adventure. Amidst breathtaking chases and uproarious laughter, Mic-Mic discovers that the real bear cub has been kidnapped, forcing the entire team to join forces with their friends to rescue it. Will Mic-Mic overcome this challenge to restore complete happiness to the bear family?

Next, on July 11th, theaters will simultaneously release the films: “Superman,” “Behind the Shadow,” and “The Myth of Maracuda.” Among them, James Gunn's Superman is perhaps the most anticipated film of the year – with the familiar image of the red-capped hero. Normally a reporter for the Daily Planet, Clark Kent has another secret identity – he is Superman, a superhero always ready to fight evil and protect the peaceful lives of the people of Metropolis. But when sinister conspiracies emerge and the people become skeptical, what must Superman do to affirm the power of hope and faith in the goodness of humanity? Humorous, bright, and with inspiring messages about believing in the inherent goodness of humanity, Superman will be a unique and emotional experience for anyone who loves the DC cinematic universe.

This July will also be a real celebration as little ones return to the melodious Smurf village in the movie "Smurfs." Suddenly, the village's peace is shattered when Papa Smurf is mysteriously kidnapped by two evil wizards, Gargamel and Cameron. From here, Smurfette must lead the Smurfs into the real world to rescue him. With the help of new friends, the Smurfs will embark on an adventure to discover their destiny and save the universe. Featuring Rihanna's voice acting, the film will be a great choice for audiences of all ages on July 18th.
 
On the same day, July 18th, for horror fans, two of the latest films from South Korean cinema will also be released: Ghost Train and Noise.
 
Closing out July, the box office blockbuster will be a true hit, with resounding records from recent years. The young detective Conan will continue his adventures in a new case, confronting dangerous criminals in the 28th installment of the Detective Conan movie series, "Detective Conan: One-Eyed Flashback." A former colleague of Detective Mori from the police department unexpectedly contacts him to investigate an avalanche accident; but when Mori arrives at the meeting place, gunshots suddenly erupt... What secrets are hidden amidst the white snow and the hazy memories of police officer Yamato Kansuke – who lost an eye in that avalanche? The film will officially be released on July 25th.
