This saying is also very true for Vietnam today.
The state-owned and cooperative commercial sectors in our country have many good models, because there, cadres and employees have a good service spirit, especially clean ethics, and the right policies are implemented: buying goods at the source, selling to consumers at a cheaper price than the free market, receiving commission, and having a decent and legitimate income.
But there are many other places where there is a lot of negativity. Employees in many state-owned stores and cooperatives smuggle goods to wholesalers, who sell them at high prices to consumers, so they make a lot of profit and share it with the store employees, so that they can live comfortably together.
This is also one of the reasons why consumer goods prices are increasing, making life difficult for urban wage earners and rural farmers.
Does the Ministry of Internal Trade know about this? Does it need to be fixed urgently?
Has the Ministry of Interior directed the economic police to actively find ways to detect and punish these corrupt officials and employees?
Do the organizations in wards, districts, villages and communes organize people's inspections to coordinate with the economic police to limit and end the disaster that is causing suffering to them?
It's been a long time so let's postpone the tax issue until tomorrow.
