Watercraft operators organize to anchor ships and boats at safe locations; check life-saving equipment, and be ready to coordinate rescue when requested.
In the province, there are many tourist areas and spots using inland waterways such as Trang An Eco-tourism Area, Tam Coc, Tam Chuc Tourist Area, Thung Nham, Thung Nang, Kenh Ga, Van Long..., the Department of Tourism requests units to seriously implement this, ensuring absolute safety for people and tourists.
According to Ninh Binh Hydrometeorological Station, at 10:00 a.m. on July 21, 2025, the center of storm No. 3 was at about 21.2 degrees North latitude; 109.6 degrees East longitude, about 190km from Quang Ninh, about 360km East Northeast of Ninh Binh . The strongest wind near the center of the storm was level 9, gusting to level 11; moving in the West Southwest direction at a speed of 10-15km/h.
Due to the storm's impact, from July 21 to the night of July 22, Ninh Binh province will have heavy to very heavy rain and thunderstorms, which may cause landslides in mountainous areas, flooding urban areas and low-lying areas.
