Ninh Hoa: Completed updating of social protection target database

According to the report of Ninh Hoa Town People's Committee, one of the outstanding results in the implementation of digital transformation in June 2025 is the completion of standardization and updating of profiles of beneficiaries of social assistance into the social protection database on the Misposasoft system, connecting with the population database.

Accordingly, by June 2025, the town had standardized and updated the records of 11,995/11,995 people receiving social assistance into the social protection database on the Misposasoft system, connected to the population database; updated and standardized the database of 755/759 meritorious people in the town, reaching 99.47% (there are 4 people who have not been standardized because they do not have a permanent household registration in the locality and do not have a citizen identification card). In addition, the town continues to urge communes and wards to regularly review, supplement, update, and clean information to standardize child data to serve Project 06 (Project on Developing the application of population data, identification and electronic authentication to serve national digital transformation in the period 2022 - 2025, vision to 2030) according to regulations; Continue to guide communes and wards to review all digitized civil status data, synthesize duplicate data to report to the Department of Justice; continue to implement the issuance of copies of civil status extracts and confirmation of civil status information regardless of the place of registration and place of residence.

In the coming time, along with focusing on completing on schedule and ensuring the quality of the content of the assigned digital transformation tasks, the town directs agencies, units and People's Committees of communes and wards to urgently carry out a number of tasks related to science and technology, digital transformation and information technology to serve the work of arranging and organizing the apparatus of the two-level local government.
