"In the roles after 1975, directors such as Ngo Y Linh, Huynh Nga, Doan Ba, Ca Le Hong, Tran Minh Ngoc... taught me many valuable lessons that helped me make a breakthrough in acting; knowing what it means to sing and act with inner feelings. From this knowledge, I applied my acting skills in the plays: "Doi Co Luu", "To Anh Nguyet", "Rang Ngoc Con Son", "Kiep Chong Chung", "Dong Song Dam Muc", "Pha Le Va Cat Bui", "Cuoc Chien Tam Sil"... From these roles, I have increasingly improved my acting skills, entering every corner of the character's psychology" - People's Artist Minh Vuong said.

Referring to his close co-star who has accompanied him for over 50 years, People's Artist Le Thuy, he said: "Le Thuy and I have many things in common in our efforts. If in 1964 I won the "Khoi Nguyen vong co" award, then Le Thuy won the Thanh Tam gold medal for potential; later on, both of us won the Mai Vang award of Nguoi Lao Dong newspaper for many consecutive years."

People's Artist Minh Vuong believes that the characters on stage are the soul of the play, the ones who represent the authors and directors to convey to the audience the message and intention of the producers... So no matter how good the script is, how talented the director is, how beautiful the decorations are, how soaring the music is, if the artists' performances are not up to par, if they do not captivate the audience, it is considered a failure.

People's Artist Minh Vuong said that he highly appreciates many young faces, these young actors have made a lot of effort for their roles, many young actors today have convinced the audience.

People's Artist Minh Vuong confided: "The stage cannot develop without the role of artists, especially talented artists. To have a strong, talented team of artists that attract audiences, the stage really needs reasonable policies in discovering, attracting, encouraging, and motivating young artists to come to the profession."
