The Miss Global 2023 contest has more than 80 contestants from countries and territories participating. According to the plan, the semi-finals of the contest will take place on January 13 in Phu Quoc ( Kien Giang province). The final round is expected to take place on January 18 in Cambodia.
Recently, the girls of Miss Global 2023 had a week of experiencing Vietnamese culture and cuisine . Designer Chau Loan accompanied the contestants on their journey to experience and explore the country and culture of Vietnam.
During the glamshot photoshoot in Ho Chi Minh City, the contestants wore ao dai by designer Chau Loan and excitedly captured beautiful moments.

Chau Loan took inspiration from the image of a carp transforming into a dragon, mascots such as Dragon - Unicorn - Phoenix, peacock or animals that are very familiar in Vietnamese culture such as cranes, storks... In particular, each image is meticulously hand-drawn by designer Chau Loan 100%, combined with manual embellishment and feathering techniques on the ao dai, further enhancing the sophistication of the details.
