NTO - Party Committee of the Agencies Bloc

On October 5th, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc held its 16th Expanded Executive Committee Meeting to evaluate the results of tasks performed during the first nine months of 2023 and to implement key tasks for the last three months of the year. Attending the meeting were Comrade Lam Dong, Standing Committee Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department; leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's departments; and Party committees of affiliated grassroots Party branches and organizations.

Over the past nine months, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc and its grassroots Party branches have led and directed the implementation of Party building tasks throughout the bloc, achieving many important results. The work of studying and understanding Party directives and resolutions, as well as political theory training and education, has been seriously and diligently carried out. Party committees at the grassroots level have demonstrated a high sense of responsibility, closely monitoring and motivating cadres, Party members, civil servants, and workers to strive to fulfill their assigned political tasks. Emphasis has been placed on inspection, supervision, combating corruption and waste, and building a clean and strong Party; internal political security has been implemented seriously, strictly, and in accordance with Party regulations. Over the past nine months, the Party Committee's internal political security department has reviewed and verified the files of 142 cases for the purpose of recruiting new Party members and 305 cases for personnel management. As a result, 88 new Party members were admitted, achieving 57.5% of the provincial target.

In implementing key tasks for the last three months of the year, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc continues to lead and direct the Party committees of subordinate branches and organizations to promote patriotic emulation movements, contributing to the successful achievement of socio -economic development targets in 2023; continue to promote the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style, in conjunction with strengthening Party building and rectification and the political system; strengthen Party building work, improve the quality of Party members, and effectively carry out the work of admitting new Party members...

Speaking at the conference, the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department shared the difficulties and limitations faced by grassroots Party organizations in inspection, supervision, and the recruitment and development of Party members. After suggesting some solutions to overcome these difficulties and limitations, he requested that the Party Committee of the bloc continue to lead and direct grassroots Party organizations to thoroughly understand and seriously and effectively implement the directives and resolutions of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee, in conjunction with effectively carrying out the work programs and plans of the Party Committee of the bloc and the Party committees of agencies, units, and enterprises.

The Party Committee of the bloc will continue to promote proactiveness, creativity, and innovation in leadership methods and internal inspection and supervision methods; promptly research and issue a framework for evaluating the "four-good Party branch" model and implement the evaluation by the end of 2023, thereby creating a model to be replicated in other Party committees under the Provincial Party Committee. It will continue to research and advise on policies for developing Party organizations and members in private economic units; focus more on verifying and confirming political history to serve personnel work and Party development, striving to achieve the target of admitting new Party members in 2023.
