The Prime Minister will attend and speak at the Conference. The Prime Minister has assigned the Ministry of Information and Communications to chair and coordinate with the Government Office in developing the Program and Operational Plan for the National Digital Transformation Day 2023, to be held on October 10, 2023.
* Decision No. 505/QD-TTg dated April 22, 2022, of the Prime Minister has designated October 10th of each year as the National Digital Transformation Day.

National Digital Transformation Day is held annually to accelerate the implementation of national digital transformation tasks, effectively carry out the National Digital Transformation Program until 2025, with a vision to 2030; and raise awareness among the entire society about the role, significance, and benefits of digital transformation. At the same time, it promotes the participation of the entire political system, synchronized action at all levels, and the involvement of the whole population to ensure the success of digital transformation.
The theme of the 2022 National Digital Transformation Day was "Digital transformation solves societal problems for a better life for people". This year, the theme of the National Digital Transformation Day is "Leveraging digital data to create value".
Every October, ministries, departments, localities, agencies, and businesses organize numerous activities to celebrate the National Digital Transformation Day on October 10th throughout society.
