According to Allkpop, on August 19, DJ Soda and TryHard Japan - the organizer of the Circus Music Festival in Osaka, Japan, announced that they will file a lawsuit against the female DJ for sexual assault.

Previously, on August 13, DJ Soda revealed that he was sexually harassed at the Circus Music Festival in a post on his personal page.

“I was so shocked that my hands were shaking with fear. When the performance ended, I left the stage to interact with the fans. Some people touched my chest,” she wrote.

In the shared video , some men shouted when Soda came to interact, taking advantage of the chaos to commit an ugly act of assaulting the famous female DJ. The whole process was filmed.

She said that some fans cried because they were so moved when they met her, so the female DJ tried to stay calm and finish the show.

After the incident, the female DJ said she would not go down on stage to interact in future shows for fear that similar actions would happen again.

"I've been a DJ for 10 years and I've never had anything like this happen while performing. It's unbelievable to experience something like this. It's going to be a bit difficult to get close to the stage or in front of fans in the future.

No matter what I wear, sexual harassment is unacceptable. I have wanted to say this for a long time. It may seem obvious, but it takes a lot of courage to say this.

I don't wear revealing clothes to make people touch and look at my body. I know myself and what style makes me beautiful, confident and happy, I wear the clothes I want because I like them. But they don't have the right to touch me or sexually harass me because I wear revealing clothes," DJ Soda expressed.
