Quynh Anh shared that she was very surprised when her initial goal helped her reach her dream when she won 2 full scholarships from Hyogo University and Ritsumeikan University with a total value of about 4.5 billion VND.

According to the female student, the two scholarship packages of these two schools are very competitive and there are only a few spots for Southeast Asian students, including Vietnam. “Because I don’t want to put financial pressure on my family, my goal and desire is to win a 100% scholarship. My original purpose was to register to gain experience. But I didn’t expect such a good result. To make my dream come true, I will soon decide to study at the Faculty of Global Liberal Education at Ritsumeikan University,” Quynh Anh happily said. Sharing about winning a full scholarship, the 12th grade female student said that the scholarship application process took a lot of time and effort. The English essay of the two universities was the most difficult, with the number of words ranging from 200-500. Therefore, Quynh Anh had to carefully filter each idea and word so that, although concise, it still fully expressed the content she wanted to convey. In addition to her profile, Quynh Anh said soft skills and English fluency are also important factors in the interview rounds. “My profile is not outstanding, but I think thanks to my essay and the interview rounds, I won full scholarships from two schools,” Quynh Anh shared.
