Businesswoman Madam Truyen organizes international pickleball tournament in Malaysia

With many competition categories, the Kingtek 2025 international pickleball tournament organized by businesswoman Madam Truyen (Phan Thi Thanh Truyen) on August 16 and 17 in Malaysia is a playground for connecting passions.

The organizers of the Kingtek 2025 international pickleball tournament have just announced that the tournament will take place at the Grand Pickleball Arena (GPA, Malaysia). Accordingly, the tournament is divided into 3 skill levels: novice, intermediate and open. The beginner level group is also divided into 2 categories: below 3.2 and below 4.0. In this group and the intermediate group, there will be 3 events: men's doubles, women's doubles and mixed doubles. Meanwhile, the open group has 2 events: men's doubles and mixed doubles.

Businesswoman Madam Truyen, head of the organizing committee, said that the inclusion of many levels and many contents in the tournament is with the desire to create opportunities for many athletes to compete, connecting the passion for pickleball to international friends. This is also an opportunity to introduce and promote the Vietnamese pickleball community to regional and international pickleball friends. For athletes, this is also an opportunity to exchange, compete, learn, and experience competing in international tournaments. At the KL Open Malaysia Pickleball Championship held in April, Madam Truyen and Dinh Van Truong boldly participated in the tournament and unexpectedly won the championship in the semi-professional mixed doubles category for the over-35 age group. In addition, the duo Nguyen Dinh Chuyen/Le Hung Thien of Kingtek Pickleball Club also won the gold medal in the semi-professional men's doubles category for the over-19 age group.

Kingtek International Pickleball Tournament 2025 has the participation of both Vietnamese and international athletes.

The Kingtek International Pickleball Tournament 2025 has a very attractive prize structure. The prize for the champion of the open categories is RM5,000 (about VND30 million), the champion of the intermediate categories is RM3,000 (about VND18 million) and the champion of the new player category is RM2,000 (about VND12 million). In addition, the athletes with high achievements will also receive attractive gifts from Kingtek. Athletes who want to participate in the Kingtek International Pickleball Tournament 2025 can register via the baseline application (deadline August 10).
