Thanks to the synchronous implementation of many solutions, the production and business activities of Thanh Hoa Water Supply Joint Stock Company have maintained a fairly high growth rate, ensuring stable and safe production and supply of clean water, meeting the needs of daily life and production in industrial parks and urban areas in the province. Specifically, in the first 6 months of 2025, indicators such as commodity water reached over 21 million m3 (up 3.58% over the same period); total water revenue reached 227.5 billion VND (up 2.7% over the same period), contributing more than 25 billion VND to the State budget... 100% of the company's employees have jobs; the working environment and conditions have been improved; policies and regimes for employees have been guaranteed, the average income reached 12.1 million VND/person/month, up 5.2% over the same period.

May Man Seon Global Co., Ltd. is located in Vinh Loc commune, with 100% Korean capital, specializing in manufacturing garments for export. What is special about this company is that despite having foreign investment capital, it still maintains a party organization with 31 party members. In addition to the party organization, the company also has a trade union organization with more than 700 members.

According to comrade Ha Thi Nhung, Party cell secretary of May Man Seon Global Company Limited, what makes the Party building work successful is: Every year, the company's leaders coordinate with the trade union executive committee to review, supplement, and develop collective labor agreements, and collect employees' opinions. On that basis, conferences are held to sign collective labor agreements; and regulations are developed for coordination between the grassroots Party Committee, the company's leaders, and political and social organizations in the unit in implementing grassroots democracy regulations.
