Tuyen Quang Provincial Notary Association held the 1st Congress, term 2025-2030

The Executive Committee of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Notary Association for the 2025-2030 term was introduced to the Congress.

Tuyen Quang Provincial Notary Association was established on the basis of merging Ha Giang Provincial Notary Association and Tuyen Quang Provincial Notary Association (old), implementing the policy of streamlining the organizational structure and the Project of merging Ha Giang and Tuyen Quang provinces.

Notary activities have had many positive changes, contributing to ensuring legal safety for civil, business and real estate transactions; members actively participate in giving opinions on law making, updating notary databases and coordinating with state management agencies in training and professional development.

In addition, the report also pointed out a number of difficulties such as lack of private headquarters, uneven application of information technology, unhealthy competition in some notary organizations and unsynchronized notary data system.

The Council for Rewards and Discipline for the 2025-2030 term was introduced to the Congress.

Promoting the achieved results, in the 2025-2030 term, the Provincial Notary Association will focus on perfecting the organization; enhancing the representative role, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of members; strengthening supervision of law compliance in practice; promoting professional training, digital transformation; implementing financial transparency and promoting exchange activities and learning experiences.

The Congress introduced the Executive Committee of 5 comrades and the Reward and Discipline Council for the 2025-2030 term of 3 comrades; and at the same time elected delegates to attend the 3rd Congress of the Vietnam Notary Association.
