The first session of the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Tuyen Quang province

On the afternoon of November 16, at the Provincial Convention Center, the first Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Tuyen Quang province, term 2025-2030, opened its first session. Attending the Congress were leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee; 252 delegates representing over 80,000 youth union members in the whole province.

The first Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Tuyen Quang province, term 2025-2030, opened its first session.

The congress was held to comprehensively evaluate the results of the Youth Union and youth movement in Tuyen Quang province in the 2022-2027 term; build goals, directions, and tasks for the 2025-2030 term; and discuss and contribute ideas to the documents of the 13th National Youth Union Congress.

The Presidium conducts the Congress.

At the first working session, the Congress elected a Presidium consisting of 7 comrades; a Secretariat consisting of 3 comrades; a Committee for examining the qualifications of delegates attending the Congress consisting of 9 comrades; a report on examining the qualifications of delegates; approved the program, rules and regulations of the Congress; a report summarizing opinions on the documents of the Congress of the higher-level Youth Union; and agreed on a number of contents to prepare for the second session of the Congress.

Delegates voted to elect the Presidium and Secretary of the Congress.

On the morning of November 17, the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Tuyen Quang province, term 2025-2030, will officially take place in a solemn session. Tuyen Quang Newspaper, Radio and Television will broadcast live on Tuyen Quang Online Newspaper, Fanpage Tuyen Quang Online Newspaper, Tuyen Quang TTV and social networking platforms.

Delegates visited the booth displaying agricultural products and OCOP products of union members and youth.
