The incident occurred at the end of March, on an empty lot near the new An Nhon market, in Binh Dinh ward, An Nhon town. However, because it happened outside the school, the students hid it. The Department of Education and Training has requested a detailed report and is coordinating with the police to clarify the matter.

Previously, on the afternoon of April 19, a clip appeared on social media showing a female student being beaten and humiliated by two female classmates, but she did not fight back. The clip showed that during the beating, the two female students used vulgar words and showed a gloating attitude after committing the act.

Another female student witnessed the incident but did not intervene and instead seemed to enjoy it. Just a few hours after its release, the clip has attracted much attention from the social media community with tens of thousands of interactions and shares.

The victim in the above incident was later identified as V., a student in class 8A3 at Binh Dinh Secondary School. She was beaten and humiliated by a group of female friends from 3 different schools, including LBAN, a student in class 9A4 at Dap Da Secondary School, who is said to have filmed and posted the clip on social media.

V.’s family said that after being beaten, he vomited, was in a state of panic, and did not dare tell anyone because he was threatened. It was only when the clip was released that the incident was discovered.

The principals of Dap Da Secondary School and Binh Dinh Secondary School confirmed that students were involved. After learning about the incident, the two schools asked the students to write a self-criticism and report and are considering disciplinary action.
