Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh holds the position of Secretary of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee

This afternoon (March 29), Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the Politburo's decision on personnel work.

Ms. Truong Thi Mai, Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat, Head of the Central Organization Commission attended and presented the decision approving the position of Secretary of the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term to Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh.

To ensure the comprehensive, regular and continuous direct leadership of the Politburo , the Secretariat and the Party Central Committee over Binh Thuan province, the Politburo unanimously introduced and decided to approve the election results of Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, as Secretary of the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee.

Speaking at the conference, Ms. Truong Thi Mai highly appreciated the results that the Party Committee and people of Binh Thuan have achieved in recent times; political security, social order and safety have been maintained, national defense and foreign security have been strengthened.

According to Ms. Truong Thi Mai, when taking on the task of Provincial Party Secretary, Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh has the advantage of being a local adult, understanding the local situation, and receiving high support from cadres, party members and people.

The Standing Secretariat believes that Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh, together with the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, will continue to unite, lead, and direct the highest fulfillment of the goals and targets of the Resolution of the 14th Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee in conjunction with the 13th National Party Congress; creating a strong and comprehensive change in the socio-economic, national defense and security, Party building, and political system aspects, bringing Binh Thuan to rapid and sustainable development, and improving people's lives.

Previously, Mr. Duong Van An, former Secretary of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee, was mobilized, assigned and appointed by the Politburo and Secretariat to be Secretary of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee.

After that, the Conference of the Executive Committee of the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee elected Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh to hold the position of Secretary of the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term with 45 votes in favor, reaching 100%.

Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh, born on May 2, 1977, hometown Dien Ban, Quang Nam.

Professional qualifications: Master of Public Administration; Architect; Bachelor of English Literature.

Political theory level: Advanced.

State management level: Senior expert.
