On the afternoon of January 19, the Government Inspectorate held a conference to announce the decision to transfer and appoint civil servants to lead and manage departments.
According to Decision No. 35, Government Inspector General Doan Hong Phong temporarily transferred and appointed Mr. Nguyen Van Luong, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Inspection Newspaper, to hold the position of Editor-in-Chief of Inspection Magazine.

Speaking at the announcement and decision-giving ceremony, Deputy Inspector General Nguyen Van Cuong congratulated the Inspection Magazine on having a new Chief, who has many years of experience in journalism, understands the important political tasks of the Inspection sector's journalism work and the difficulties and hardships of those working in journalism.
The Deputy Inspector General requested the new Editor-in-Chief of the Inspection Magazine to always clearly identify the core task of the unit as a scientific forum, exchanging practical, theoretical and professional experiences in inspection work, receiving citizens, handling complaints and denunciations, preventing and combating corruption, negativity and other areas of activity.
Besides, according to Mr. Nguyen Van Cuong, Thanh Tra Magazine also has the function of orienting public opinion in accordance with the policies and guidelines of the Party, press management agencies and the Government Inspectorate Leadership.
" In the work of building the unit, as the Head of the unit, you must uphold the spirit of concentration, democracy, solidarity, regularly educate on political work, ideology, expertise, profession, ethics of those working in the press, raise awareness and political mettle for the team of reporters and editors; promote collective strength and intelligence to produce quality articles and publications ," the Deputy Inspector General of the Government requested.

In his acceptance speech, the new Editor-in-Chief of the Inspection Magazine, Nguyen Van Luong, thanked the Party Committee, the Inspector General himself, Deputy Inspector General Nguyen Van Cuong, and the Deputy Inspectors General of the Government for their attention and trust in assigning him the important responsibility.
“We would like to fully accept all the guidance and specific and profound instructions of Deputy Inspector General Nguyen Van Cuong, and at the same time share our determination to devote all our enthusiasm, intelligence, and highest responsibility to the collective of the department and unit where we work to best complete all assigned tasks, contributing to the overall success of the Government Inspectorate as well as the inspection sector,” affirmed the new Editor-in-Chief of Inspection Magazine Nguyen Van Luong.
Also at the conference, the Department of Organization and Personnel (Government Inspectorate) announced Decision No. 33 on the temporary appointment of Mr. Ngo Dinh Long - Chief Inspector, Department of Inspection for Handling Complaints and Denunciations of the Cultural and Social Sector (Department III) - to hold the position of Deputy Head of Department III.
In Decision No. 36, the Government Inspector General appointed Mr. Chu Duc Thang - Senior Inspector, Legal Department - to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Legal Department for a limited term.
