Mr. Pham Ngoc Canh holds the position of Chief Prosecutor of the People's Procuracy of Ninh Binh province.

(PLVN) - On June 24, the Supreme People's Procuracy held a ceremony to announce and hand over the Decision on personnel work in Ninh Binh province. According to the Decision, Mr. Pham Ngoc Canh, Senior Prosecutor, Chief Prosecutor of the People's Procuracy of Ninh Binh province (old) holds the position of Chief Prosecutor of the People's Procuracy of Ninh Binh province after the merger.

Attending the announcement ceremony were Mr. Doan Minh Huan, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee.

At the ceremony, the representative of the Supreme People's Procuracy announced the Decision to appoint Mr. Pham Ngoc Canh, Senior Prosecutor, Chief Prosecutor of the People's Procuracy of Ninh Binh Province (old) to hold the position of Chief Prosecutor of the People's Procuracy of Ninh Binh Province after the merger. The term of appointment is 5 years, starting from July 1, 2025.

The representative of the Supreme People's Procuracy announced the Decisions to appoint 8 Deputy Chief Prosecutors of the People's Procuracy of the three provinces of Ninh Binh, Nam Dinh, and Ha Nam to hold the position of Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the People's Procuracy of Ninh Binh province after the merger; Decision to retire early for Mr. Nguyen Van Hau, Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy of Nam Dinh province; transfer Ms. Hoang Thi Hien, Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the People's Procuracy of Ha Nam province, to hold the position of Deputy Director of Department 1 and Mr. Nguyen Quoc Viet, Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the People's Procuracy of Nam Dinh province, to hold the position of Deputy Director of Department 11, Supreme People's Procuracy.

At the ceremony, Mr. Tran Hai Quan, Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy, emphasized that Mr. Pham Ngoc Canh is a capable and experienced official in professional work, with leadership and management capacity, trusted and highly appreciated by the Party Committee, local authorities, colleagues and leaders of the Provincial People's Procuracy; especially in effectively implementing Directives and Resolutions on justice, preventing corruption, waste, negativity and all types of crimes, improving the quality of litigation work as well as recommending solutions to prevent violations of the law in the locality.

In the coming time, the Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy requested that in their new positions, Mr. Pham Ngoc Canh and 8 Deputy Chief Justices need to listen to advice and suggestions to unite within the Party Committee, the leadership of the Institute and all cadres and civil servants of the new Ninh Binh Provincial People's Procuracy; continue to closely coordinate with judicial agencies in professional work, constantly strive, cultivate, train moral qualities, lifestyle, improve political capacity to successfully complete assigned tasks.

The Party Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Procuracy quickly stabilized the work, unified the assignment of tasks; deployed the announcement of the Decision on appointment, arrangement, and assignment of leaders, civil servants, and prosecutors in the Departments and regions; completed and issued working regulations related to the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus, financial and asset management, etc. At the same time, continued to promote the spirit of solidarity, exemplary character, role and responsibility of Party committees and organizations, especially the role of leaders in all aspects of work; innovated and improved the quality of the civil servant team, effectively used the payroll, considering this a key task to improve the quality of work and overcome difficulties.

On behalf of the officials who have received the assignment, Mr. Pham Ngoc Canh - Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy of Ninh Binh province (new), affirmed that he will promote a high sense of responsibility, promptly perfect the organization and implement a specific action program; strive to create positive changes in all aspects of work; constantly train to improve political mettle and professional qualifications. Mr. Pham Ngoc Canh, Chief Prosecutor of Ninh Binh Provincial People's Procuracy, is an official with good political qualities and ethics, has received basic training, and has worked in many environments and positions at the District People's Procuracy, the Supreme People's Procuracy, and the Provincial People's Procuracy (is a Senior Prosecutor, over 19 years as Deputy Chief Prosecutor, District Chief Prosecutor, 9 years as Deputy Chief Prosecutor, Chief Prosecutor of Ninh Binh Provincial People's Procuracy (Member of the Executive Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term).
