Attending the congress were Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Nguyen Van Ut; Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council - Mai Van Nhieu; Secretary of Duc Hoa District Party Committee - Phan Nhan Duy; former leaders of the province and district through the periods and 200 delegates representing typical entrepreneurs and enterprises in the district.

The Executive Committee of Duc Hoa District Business Association, Term I, 2023-2028, was introduced to the congress.

Duc Hoa District Business Association is a social-professional organization, operating on the principle of voluntary participation of enterprises and individuals operating in the fields of production, business, trade, services, engineering and managers, economic-technical experts, professional associations, and small traders interested in the Association's activities in Duc Hoa district. The Association was established for the purpose of connecting members, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of members, supporting each other to operate effectively, contributing to the socio-economic development of Duc Hoa district in particular and Long An province in general.

With the spirit of solidarity, responsibility and positivity, the congress agreed on a personnel plan including 37 members, including 1 Chairman, 14 Vice Chairmen, a Standing Committee of 15 members, an Executive Committee of 22 members, and an Inspection Committee of 2 members. Mr. Tran Duc Vinh was elected by the congress as Chairman of the Duc Hoa District Business Association. Acting Chairman of the District People's Committee - Le Thanh Phong was invited to be the Honorary Chairman of the Duc Hoa District Business Association. The congress also unanimously approved the resolution of the Duc Hoa District Business Association Congress, term I, term 2023-2028.

Chairman of Duc Hoa District Business Association - Tran Duc Vinh thanked the attention of Party committees and authorities at all levels for creating favorable conditions for the success of the Congress. In order for the Association's work to be highly effective, the Executive Committee of the Association and its members are determined to achieve and exceed the targets set out in the Resolution, in order to contribute to the socio-economic development of Duc Hoa district, jointly implement social security policies, connect businesses with the government, and connect businesses with businesses.
