Dak Lak PC handed over 5 gratitude houses supported by EVNCPC to policy families

As part of activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the Central Power Corporation (EVNCPC), on August 27, Dak Lak Power Company (PC Dak Lak) coordinated with local authorities of Lien Son Lak, Dak Phoi, and Dak Lieng communes to organize a handover ceremony of gratitude houses to 5 policy families in the province that were supported by the Corporation to build houses in 2025.

The households selected to build gratitude houses this time include: Mr. Y Bloi Ksrang, residing in Ja village, Bong Krang commune, Lak district (now Lien Son Lak commune); Mr. Phan Van Loi, residing in Yen Thanh 1 village, Dak Nue commune, Lak district (now Dak Phoi commune); Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thim, residing in Dong Giang 2 village, Buon Tria commune, Lak district (now Dak Lieng commune); Mr. Y Ting Buoc, residing in Ja Tu village, Buon Triet commune, Lak district (now Dak Lieng commune); Mr. Y Tong Lieng Hot, residing in Dung village, Dak Phoi commune, Lak district (now Dak Lak Phoi commune).

The five families mentioned above are war invalids, people with revolutionary contributions, children of martyrs and are facing housing difficulties. Previously, local authorities at all levels had coordinated, surveyed and confirmed that the housing conditions of the families were dilapidated and unsafe, especially during the rainy and stormy season.

Supporting policy families and families with difficult housing circumstances to build charity houses is part of EVNCPC's annual social security activities over the past many years.

In 2025 alone, towards the 50th anniversary of its establishment, the Corporation will support the construction of 70 houses in the Central Highlands provinces. Of which, the former Dak Lak province and the former Phu Yen province will have 10 houses built with a total support budget of 700 million VND.

Along with 70 million VND from EVNCPC, PC Dak Lak also gave Mr. Y Ting Buoc's family - Dak Lieng commune and other families each a gift worth 5 million VND.

At this handover ceremony, in addition to the financial support for house construction from the Corporation, PC Dak Lak also used the welfare fund to give each family a gift worth 5 million VND to buy additional furniture and appliances for the new house.
