Experience and enjoy Dong Binh rice paper with locals

On the morning of August 28, the Provincial Farmers' Association coordinated with the Tuy Hoa Ward Farmers' Association

Here, the delegation learned about the production process and listened to villagers discuss difficulties in raw material sources, consumer markets, creating product brands, and promoting products. At the same time, officials and farmer members experienced the traditional rice paper making process.

The delegation listened to Mr. Ho Quang Nam, Director of Dong Hoa An Cooperative, Chairman of Dong Binh Rice Paper Association, introduce the traditional rice paper craft village of Dong Binh.

After the experience, the group was invited to enjoy delicious rice paper used in many traditional dishes such as grilled rice paper, rice paper rolls with pork or various dishes combined with rice paper. This activity not only brings a unique culinary experience but also contributes to promoting, preserving and developing the traditional rice paper making profession of Dong Binh people.

The Provincial Farmers' Association has recorded the people's thoughts and recommendations; at the same time, it has oriented support solutions such as building collective brands, promoting trade, applying technology in production and ensuring food hygiene and safety.
