Approving the list of 4 industrial park projects to be implemented before land investigation, measurement and counting

Cau Cuu Industrial Park project is one of four projects approved by Hai Phong City People's Council to carry out pre-measurement according to special policies.

The People's Council of Hai Phong City has just issued a Resolution on approving the List of projects to be implemented before investigating, surveying, measuring, counting, and verifying the origin of land and assets attached to land according to Resolution No. 226/2025/QH15 dated June 27, 2025 of the National Assembly (phase 1).

According to the resolution, the City People's Council approved the list of 4 projects to be implemented in advance to investigate, survey, measure, count, and verify the origin of land and assets attached to land according to Resolution No. 226.

The 4 projects have a total area of 506 hectares, including the projects: Cau Cuu Industrial Park, Tien Lang Airport Industrial Park, Trung Lap Industrial Park, and Hung Dao Industrial Park.

These projects are all in the investment policy appraisal stage, except for the Hung Dao Industrial Park project which is carrying out investment policy procedures.

After the City People's Council approved, the Department of Agriculture and Environment guided the People's Committees of communes and wards to continue updating the list of projects into the planning and land use plans at the commune level.

The People's Committees of communes and wards advise on conducting investigations, measurements, inventories, and verification of the origin of land and assets attached to land according to procedures; at the same time, review and propose the City People's Committee to decide on changing the purpose of using forest land, rice land, etc.

The Department of Finance shall preside over and coordinate with the City People's Committee to arrange funding according to the proposal of the People's Committee of the commune and ward to organize measurement and counting before the competent state agency issues a decision to reclaim land.

The Departments of Finance, Industry and Trade, and Economic Zone Management Boards speed up the progress of consulting and approving investment policies for projects as a basis for implementing land recovery and site clearance procedures.

The Hai Phong City People's Council assigned the City People's Committee to direct and organize the implementation of the resolution. The Standing Committee of the People's Council, committees, delegations and delegates of the City People's Council shall supervise the implementation of the resolution.

In Resolution No. 226/2025/QH15 dated June 27, 2025 of the National Assembly on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Hai Phong city, based on the planning and land use plan approved by competent authorities, the City People's Council issued a list of projects to organize the implementation of investigation, survey, inventory, measurement, verification of land origin and assets attached to land and implemented according to prescribed procedures.
