The portrait of President Ho Chi Minh - a souvenir given by Hai Phong city to delegates attending the first Patriotic Emulation Congress of the city was successfully auctioned by Tien Minh commune to raise the Scholarship Fund.

Comrade Dao Van Hoan, Party Secretary, Chairman of Tien Minh Commune People's Council informed that in order to develop the commune's Scholarship Fund, at the dialogue conference between the heads of local Party committees and authorities with the youth in 2025, the portrait of President Ho Chi Minh - a souvenir given by the city to delegates attending the first City Patriotic Emulation Congress was auctioned.

Organizing the auction of the portrait of President Ho Chi Minh at the dialogue with the youth contributes to spreading the spirit of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style; encouraging the patriotic emulation movement, start-ups, innovation and creativity among the youth, contributing to building the homeland and city.
