15 plots of land in Hat Mon commune were successfully auctioned with the highest price of 117 million VND/m²

Hat Mon Commune People's Committee informed that the Commune Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board in coordination with Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company has just organized an auction of land use rights for 15 plots of land in the Cong Noi - Tam Hiep area.

15 plots of land up for auction are coded from LK01-01 to LK01-15, with areas ranging from 90m² to over 115m², total area of ​​1,471.44m². Starting price is 6,452 million VND/m². The auction is held publicly, in the form of direct secret ballot for a maximum of 3 rounds, the highest bidder will win the auction.

Right from the beginning of the session, the auction atmosphere was lively, attracting the attention of many customers. At the end of the auction, all 15 plots of land were successfully auctioned, with the highest price reaching 117 million VND/m², the lowest price 92.8 million VND/m².

According to the Organizing Committee, the auction process took place in accordance with regulations, ensuring publicity and transparency, contributing to increasing budget revenue and creating resources for infrastructure investment for the locality.
