Establishing a formula to prevent harmful and toxic information.

In the age of AI (artificial intelligence), distorted and fabricated information is not only easily created but also highly sophisticated, disseminated densely, and spreads very quickly. This requires every citizen, especially officials and Party members, to improve their skills in identifying and developing immunity to harmful and toxic information. From the practical implementation of the task of preventing harmful and toxic information, we can derive a formula called "3T + 1X" to apply. In this formula, T1 stands for "Official information must come first"; T2 stands for "Refutations must come strongly"; T3 stands for "Information on handling violations must come strictly"; and 1X stands for "Verification must become a habit for all citizens".
