Bach Mai Ward estimates its state budget revenue for 2025 to reach 1,763 billion VND.

On the morning of December 10th, the first term of the People's Council of Bach Mai Ward held its third session to discuss and approve many important issues.

Speaking at the opening of the meeting, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Bach Mai Ward Tran Quyet Thang said that since July 1, 2025, Bach Mai Ward has operated under a two-level local government model. With the focus and determination of the entire political system, Bach Mai Ward has achieved many important results in many fields.

With the increased workload; greater authority and responsibility, it is required that cadres, civil servants and ward People's Council delegates must improve their professional capacity, management and operational skills to meet the increasingly large work requirements. In that context, Bach Mai Ward People's Council has actively prepared and successfully organized 2 thematic meetings, demonstrating initiative and a high sense of responsibility towards voters and people.

At its third session, the Ward People's Council decided on the direction, targets, tasks, and solutions for the socio -economic development of the ward in 2026.

Accordingly, the delegates reviewed and approved 12 regular reports and thematic reports and announcements of the People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward. At the same time, they reviewed and approved the submissions and draft regular resolutions and thematic resolutions on the 2026 socio-economic development plan; the ward budget estimate and the 2026 ward budget allocation plan; the 2026 public investment plan, the allocation of staffing and contract labor quotas for specialized agencies and public service units in 2026...

To be flexible in the operation of the session, at the session, the Standing Committee of the Ward People's Council submitted to the Ward People's Council a decision on the form of questioning in writing, giving time for delegates to study and carefully review reports, submissions, draft resolutions submitted at the session and discuss and contribute opinions on tasks and solutions for socio-economic development in 2026 in the ward.

The report at the meeting showed that in 2025, the total estimated state budget revenue in Bach Mai ward was assigned to be more than 37.2 billion VND. The total state budget revenue in the ward in 11 months reached more than 1,494.8 billion VND; the estimated total state budget revenue in the ward in 2025 is more than 1,763 billion VND.

In 2025, the Ward People's Committee will continue to effectively implement the public investment plan; the disbursement progress as of the reporting date reached nearly VND 198.9 billion/VND 240.19 billion, equal to 82.8% of the capital plan after adjustment and supplementation and equal to 102.2% of the capital plan before adjustment and supplementation (VND 194.595 billion). It is expected that for the whole year, the ward will reach 100% of the capital plan after adjustment and supplementation and equal to 123.4% of the plan before adjustment and supplementation.
