PC Ha Nam speeds up construction progress of Nhan My 110kV transmission line and substation

To meet the demand for electricity in production and business activities of the locality and companies and enterprises in Thai Ha Industrial Park, Ha Nam Power Company (PC Ha Nam) is urgently implementing the construction of Nhan My 110kV substation (Ly Nhan district). The project to build the Nhan My 110kV substation and transmission line was approved by the Northern Power Corporation under Decision No. 1417/QD-EVNNPC dated June 23, 2022. The project is built in the communes of Nhan Thinh, Nhan Binh, Xuan Khe and Nhan My (Ly Nhan district), with an area of ​​3,538m2, with a total investment of over 108 billion VND.

The contractor is constructing the 110kV Nhan My substation.

The project implementation scale includes: Construction of a new 110kV double-circuit line, length 3.972 km, 110kV substation with 02 transformers. The first phase only installs 01 63MVA-110/35/22kV transformer, builds a distribution control house, installs equipment, surveillance camera system, fire protection system, ... according to the criteria of unmanned substation, builds information system, SCADA connected to Ha Nam province remote control center, Northern power system dispatch center and NPC data center according to regulations.

During this time, Ha Nam Electricity Company focuses on directing the construction unit to concentrate human resources, materials and equipment to speed up the implementation of the remaining items, striving to complete the entire Project in November 2023.

After being completed and put into operation, the 110kV Nhan My substation will meet the demand for load development in the communes of Tien Thang, Hoa Hau, Xuan Khe, Nhan Nghia, Bac Ly, Nhan Thinh, Nhan Binh, Nhan My and the Hoa Hau handicraft area, especially supplying electricity to companies and enterprises in the Thai Ha industrial park. In addition, the operation of the 110kV Nhan My substation will reduce the load on the 110kV Ly Nhan station, improve the quality of electricity for loads in Phu Ly city and neighboring areas; proactively provide electricity in the province, not having to depend on taking power from neighboring provinces; contribute to improving the reliability of power supply, strengthening grid connectivity, reducing the radius of medium voltage grid supply in Ly Nhan district.
