Based on the direction of the Northern Power Corporation and the Northern Power System Control Center, PC Thanh Hoa has reviewed all equipment, established and approved a reasonable method of operating power sources and grids, ensuring the N-1 criterion (continuous power system operation) for key 110kV transformer stations, and at the same time arranged flexible wiring configurations to be ready to respond to incidents.
Locations where political and cultural activities take place are given priority to be supplied with electricity from two independent sources or supplemented with backup generators; the SCADA system is continuously monitored, maintaining a stable connection with the Northern dispatching center, minimizing operations that affect operations during peak times.
The Regional Power Management Team under PC Thanh Hoa renovates and upgrades the power system to ensure safe and stable power supply.
All affiliated units have developed a plan for 24/7 staff on duty, fully prepared supplies, spare equipment, fuel, communications and vehicles; arranged technical forces at key locations, ready to quickly handle all situations to ensure uninterrupted power, especially in areas where major events are held. High voltage enterprises and regional power grid management teams are assigned to comprehensively inspect power source equipment, power lines, and line corridors; coordinate with the police and military to develop protection plans and fire prevention for power projects.
At the same time, PC Thanh Hoa has increased propaganda on safe and economical use of electricity; coordinated with localities to strictly handle violations of power grid corridors such as flying kites, shooting metal-coated paper firecrackers; proactively worked with People's Committees of wards and communes to grasp the time and location to ensure stable electricity, combined with improving the quality of customer service.

The target power supply plan for each event location has been developed in detail. Medium and low voltage lines operate according to basic wiring, combined with loop circuits to ensure the fastest power supply when an incident occurs. New 110kV stations with only one transformer are also calculated with load sharing or loop power supply plans from neighboring stations. In particular, the Telecommunications and Information Technology Department coordinates with the SCADA department of the Remote Control Center to ensure safe and reliable operation of the transmission system serving the operation of the power system and computer network.
