Petrolimex Golive Digital Transformation Software Internal Management Regulations

On July 29, 2024, Vietnam National Petroleum Group ( Petrolimex / Group) held a ceremony to launch the Digital Transformation software for Internal Management Regulations.

Petrolimex and INCOM leaders officially Golive the software to convert digital arguments to internal management documents

Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee - Member of the Board of Directors - General Director of Petrolimex Dao Nam Hai chaired the ceremony with Deputy General Director of Petrolimex Nguyen Ngoc Tu and leaders of the Group's professional departments at the Transaction Office. Managers at all levels from the Group's office to the General Petroleum Companies/Member Companies attended online.

The partner in building and implementing Petrolimex's internal document management software is INCOM International Communications Joint Stock Company (INCOM) with the participation of Chairman of the Board of Directors Vu Manh Cuong and Deputy General Director Tran Van Tri.
As part of Petrolimex's comprehensive digital transformation strategy, Petrolimex's internal document management software identifies the following key goals:

(1) Systematize all internal documents of the Group that have been issued up to now and are still in effect.

(2) Computerize business processes, automate the stages of processing legal documents (documents) to serve the work of collecting and arranging legal regulations and internal documents of the Group into topics and headings, helping to save time and effort, while increasing efficiency, accuracy and timeliness.

(3) Create a digital environment to unify the management of the Group's internal documents, serving the work of reviewing, comparing, and looking up regulations in all areas related to the Group's operations.

(4) Regularly review and update the compatibility of the Group's internal documents with newly issued legal documents to classify and identify the Group's regulations that are no longer suitable and promptly propose amendments and supplements to these regulations.

(5) Provide the Group's officers and employees with tools to look up and use the Group's internal document system quickly, conveniently and effectively.

INCOM Deputy General Director Tran Van Tri, on behalf of the software project implementation team, highly appreciated the close cooperation between Petrolimex and INCOM, thereby contributing to the completion of Petrolimex's internal document data system, promoting further efficiency when connected with LuatVietNam.vn's data for multi-dimensional reference, updating the status of each clause of legal documents.

In order for the software to be exploited and used effectively in the coming time, Petrolimex General Director Dao Nam Hai suggested that the Leaders of Units and Departments at the Group regularly access, exploit, update and supplement newly issued documents into the software system; at the same time, in addition to the role of users enjoying the features and benefits that the software brings, the units and employees need to actively contribute ideas so that the Deployment Group can absorb, perfect and upgrade the software to bring increasingly higher experience and usage value.
