At the prestigious AFC Champions League, the striker born in 1998 scored 4 goals and made a huge contribution to the 2 historic victories of Hanoi Football Club against Urawa Red and Wuhan Tam Tran Club at My Dinh home stadium.
That is the reason why the Board of Directors of the Capital team planned to negotiate and extend the contract with striker Pham Tuan Hai from the beginning of 2024. Finally, the two sides reached an agreement to continue extending the contract until the end of the 2026 - 2027 season.
Player Pham Tuan Hai shared: "The team and I will stay together for 3 more seasons, that is the wish of myself and the team. There is a detail in this extension, I have discussed my wish to play abroad and the Hanoi Club's Board of Directors is ready to support me in finding a team and related issues so that I can have the best study abroad trip.
