BTO-The Provincial Women's Union (PPU) has just held a conference to review the draft Resolution of the Provincial People's Council on "Regulations on monthly allowance levels for population collaborators and reward and support policies for collectives and individuals who perform well in population work in the province until 2030".
Attending the meeting were the Standing Committee of the Provincial Women's Union, term XV, representatives of the leaders of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, socio -political organizations, the Department of Health and related departments, branches and sectors, chairmen of the Women's Unions of districts, towns and cities, and population collaborators.

According to the draft resolution, the subjects to be applied are population collaborators in villages, neighborhoods and collectives that perform well in population work in the area. The monthly allowance for collaborators is 400,000 VND/person/month. In addition, there will be a reward level according to the provisions of the law on emulation and rewards for collectives that perform well in population work when meeting the following criteria: communes, wards and towns that continuously achieve and exceed the rate of 60% of couples of childbearing age having 2 children for 3 years will be commended by the Chairman of the District People's Committee; communes, wards and towns that continuously achieve and exceed the rate of 60% of couples of childbearing age having 2 children for 5 years will be awarded a certificate of merit by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
Currently, the total number of population collaborators in villages and neighborhoods in the province is 1,975 people. At the conference, delegates emphasized the importance of these subjects in the locality. Participating in the debate, delegates focused on exchanging and discussing and contributing opinions on a number of issues, including the need to determine and arrange the number of population collaborators in the province, agree on the level of support in cash or in kind, the positions at the grassroots level need to be unified, and the level of allowances for non-professional cadres at the commune, hamlet, and residential group levels in the province needs to be raised...
The comments will be compiled by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Women's Union and sent to the drafting agency and relevant professional departments, as a basis for advising competent authorities to issue documents in accordance with the provisions of law.
