Mr. Tran Duc Hung, Deputy Director of the Customs Department, is the spokesman of the customs sector.

Implementing the policies of the Party, Government and Ministry of Finance , the Customs Department has reorganized its apparatus, while strengthening its speaking and information provision in accordance with legal regulations, ensuring proactiveness and transparency.

Accordingly, the Customs Department announced that the spokesperson is Mr. Tran Duc Hung, Deputy Director of the Customs Department; the focal point for receiving and handling press and media information is Ms. Pham Thi Thu Huong, Chief of Office; Ms. Truong Thi Thuy Vinh, Deputy Chief of Office in charge of communications; Ms. Hoang Hai Hau, Head of Communications Team.

Press agencies, reporters, organizations and individuals who need to contact, provide or find out information related to the activities of the Customs Department should send an official request via email address: truyenthonghaiquan@customs.gov.vn for support and coordination according to regulations.

The Customs Department highly appreciates the cooperation of the press agencies that have accompanied and promptly and objectively reflected on customs management activities in the past time. Information and opinions from the press have significantly contributed to improving transparency, helping the Customs sector identify shortcomings to adjust and perfect professional processes more effectively.
