After being crowned Mrs Grand International 2022 , Miss Phan Kim Oanh has always participated in charity projects with her own finances. In August 2023, Miss Phan Kim Oanh successfully organized the Mrs Grand Vietnam 2023 contest.

Although it was the first year, Miss Phan Kim Oanh, in her role as head of the organizing committee, created a professional playground for modern “ladies”. Not stopping there, last September, she was appointed Vice President of the Mrs Grand International contest.
Most recently, the famous beauty site Missosology announced that Miss Phan Kim Oanh became the president of the Miss Multicultural World contest.

Besides, Miss Phan Kim Oanh added: " I know, there are many beauty contests nowadays, but with my reputation, I will organize a well-organized and prestigious contest."
