According to RT , Ukraine confirmed that it had received a draft peace plan from the US. The announcement was made late on November 20, following multiple media reports that Washington had sent Kiev a new 28-point draft peace plan to end the conflict with Russia.
Although the draft is said to have "displeased" President Zelensky, his office gave a reserved response, expressing readiness to "discuss" the proposals with US President Donald Trump in the coming days.

The statement said President Zelensky "has officially received from the US side a draft plan that, in the US's assessment, could help restore diplomatic activity."
Meanwhile, the European Union has rejected the latest US-proposed peace plan, saying any solution must reflect the positions of both the EU and Kiev.
"The proposal does not offer any concessions from Russia," said EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas. French Foreign Minister Jean-Noel Barrot said any deal must not be tantamount to "surrender".
Earlier, on November 19, after meeting with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Ukrainian President Zelensky expressed his desire to resume peace talks with Russia, adding that Türkiye was ready to "provide the necessary foundation" for the negotiations.
