Launching the month-long campaign "Saving money to help the poor"
The People's Committee of Duy Xuyen commune, in coordination with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune and the Duy Xuyen branch of the Social Policy Bank, recently launched the "Saving for the Poor" campaign for the month.
Báo Đà Nẵng•08/05/2026The peak period will take place from May 1st to 31st, 2026. Duy Xuyen commune aims to mobilize at least 3 billion VND to supplement the capital for implementing social policy credit, meeting the borrowing needs of the poor and other policy beneficiaries in the area.
Over the past period, social policy credit has contributed to supporting poor households, near-poor households, and policy beneficiaries in developing production and business, gradually stabilizing their lives, and at the same time contributing to the effective implementation of poverty reduction, job creation, and new rural development in the area.
