This product is manufactured at: Austin Biologic & Technology Limited Austin Road West Level 206, International Commerce Center, Hong Kong.

The second product is the health food Best Slim Collagen (Lot number 29L367, Expiry date: 1-2027). Made in the USA; manufactured by Arnet Pharmaceutical, 2525 Davie Road, Bldg 330. Davied, Florida 33317. Importer, distributor and responsible for product quality: Hoa Anh Dao Medical Equipment Company Limited, address: Hamlet 4, Hai Boi village, Hai Boi commune, Dong Anh district, Hanoi city.

The Food Safety Department emphasized that, of the above two products, the health protection food product Dang Xuan Phuc Linh Gold has not registered the product declaration registration number, the registration receipt number printed on the packaging is incorrect.

The Food Safety Department recommends that the health departments of provinces and cities advise consumers not to buy, use, or trade the two batches of health protection foods with the above information. In case of detecting organizations or individuals trading products with the above information, it is recommended to recall and handle violations according to the provisions of law.

Sibutramine is an appetite suppressant that helps obese people lose weight, but it has a negative impact on the cardiovascular system, especially dangerous for people with a history of coronary artery disease, heart attack, arrhythmia, high blood pressure or stroke. This substance can also interact with other medications the user is taking, which can be fatal.

In Vietnam, sibutramine is on the list of substances banned from use in the production and trading of health protection foods. Since April 2011, the Drug Administration has requested the suspension of nationwide circulation of drugs containing the active ingredient sibutramine and the recall of all drugs containing the active ingredient sibutramine, due to undesirable effects.
