Promoting the role of community-based digital technology groups.
According to the Dong Nai City Human Resource Training Project for Digital Transformation in the period 2026-2030, with a vision to 2035, approved by the Dong Nai City People's Committee in May 2026, for the group of tasks related to promoting and raising digital awareness, the locality will strengthen the dissemination of information and raise awareness about digital transformation, information security, Blockchain, artificial intelligence (AI), etc., among officials, civil servants, and citizens in the area.
Báo Đồng Nai•25/05/2026Currently, communes and wards have established more than 1,700 community digital technology groups with over 10,300 members in hamlets and neighborhoods throughout the city. These community digital technology groups have implemented numerous activities to popularize basic digital skills and support people's participation in the pillars of digital government, digital economy , and digital society. This has contributed to the effective implementation of the "Digital Literacy Movement" in Dong Nai province.
