Developing the cultural life of ethnic minorities in Kim Ngan commune

QTO - On the afternoon of October 14, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism held the closing ceremony of a training course on building a model to develop the cultural life of ethnic minorities in Kim Ngan commune.

The training course was attended by 65 trainees who are commune officials; artisans, village elders, village chiefs, prestigious people and ethnic minorities. From October 6 to 14, trainees were informed of the Party and State's policies on preserving and promoting the cultural values ​​of ethnic minorities and mountainous areas; the work of building grassroots cultural life, such as the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life"; building village covenants, conventions and collecting, restoring, performing intangible cultural heritages, skills to build folk cultural activity clubs for ethnic minorities.

Thereby, contributing to preserving and promoting the fine traditional cultural values ​​of ethnic minorities in Kim Ngan commune associated with tourism development; supporting the organization and implementation of cultural and artistic activities at the grassroots level; motivating and encouraging artisans to continue to pass on knowledge of folk songs and traditional rituals to the younger generation of ethnic minorities, skills in organizing visual propaganda activities to serve local political tasks, contributing to preserving and promoting the value of intangible cultural heritage in the area.

On this occasion, representatives of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Kim Ngan commune awarded certificates to 65 trainees who completed the training program.
