School infrastructure in Xuan Loc commune (Trieu Son) is well invested.
Electricity is Criterion No. 4 in the criteria set of the advanced NTM commune. Xuan Loc commune takes the modernization of the commune's power system as a premise for people to develop production, daily life, and improve the quality of life. In previous years, the commune has coordinated with Trieu Son Electricity to modernize the safe power transmission system, install transformer stations to ensure electricity output according to demand. The whole commune has 959 households, 100% of which are supplied with electricity to their homes, ensuring regular and safe use for production and daily life.
The road system in Xuan Loc commune was asphalted and concreted many years ago, but after a long time of use, many routes have degraded, some routes are still narrow compared to actual requirements. Since the end of 2021, when starting to implement the advanced new rural construction, Xuan Loc commune has focused on propaganda, continuing to mobilize people to donate nearly 3,000m2 of land, clearing traffic safety corridors, and expanding roadbeds. At the same time, mobilizing many resources, commune budgets, calling for support from people and children far from home to asphalt and concrete village roads, alleys, inter-village roads, and village axes in the commune. Up to now, all commune roads have a minimum roadbed width of 6.5m; the commune center road to provincial road 515C, including 3 routes with a total length of more than 3.5km, has also been solidified and expanded to 100%. Not only are these communal and inter-communal roads solidified and expanded, more than 60% of the length of these commune and inter-communal roads are also equipped with items such as: signs, speed bumps, traffic signs, lighting systems, and trees planted along both sides...
With 18 inter-village and village-level roads in the commune, all have been hardened with a roadbed width of 4m or more. Nearly 5km/7.7km of these roads have been installed with necessary items and ensure the criteria of green - clean - beautiful. In residential areas, a total of 60 alleys have been concreted with a total length of 6.53km, reaching 100%. In the fields, the main intra-field axes have also been completed by the commune with concrete and expanded according to the standard of 72.6%. From there, it helps local people to be more convenient in applying mechanization to production, transporting agricultural products, building large production areas to strengthen links with businesses.
In Criterion No. 5 on education , school infrastructure is an important indicator that Xuan Loc commune is interested in investing in. In the commune, there are 3 schools at 3 levels: preschool, primary and secondary school. In the roadmap for advanced new rural construction, all 3 schools are reinforced, and many modern teaching and learning equipment are purchased to meet the needs of improving the quality of education in the locality. According to the general criteria of advanced new rural communes, 100% of schools in the area must have facilities recognized as meeting national standards level 1, of which 1 school has facilities meeting national standards level 2. With efforts to implement the criteria, Xuan Loc Kindergarten was recognized by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee as meeting national standards level 2 at the end of 2021. Xuan Loc Primary School and Xuan Loc Secondary School were also recognized as meeting national standards level 1 at the end of 2022. Thanks to that, the quality of education is increasingly improved. In recent years, the rate of school-age children in Xuan Loc commune has reached 100% every year.
In Xuan Loc, the Commune Health Station has been built spaciously on an area of 1,545m2 with all necessary items, equipped with medical equipment according to regulations. The commune has met national health standards since 2017. With 6 doctors and nurses working, the commune has deployed the establishment of electronic health records for people, implementing health management for people through modern electronic software.
To have a modern infrastructure system of electricity - roads - schools - stations like today, in the process of implementing advanced new rural construction, Xuan Loc commune has strengthened propaganda and mobilized political - social organizations and people of all walks of life to join hands. The content of advanced new rural construction has been included in one of the key tasks of the Resolution of the 20th Party Congress of the commune, term 2020-2025. Accordingly, the Party Committee has issued a thematic resolution on advanced new rural construction; mass organizations based on their functions and tasks have developed action programs to successfully implement the resolution's goals. In addition to the general policies of the Central, the province and the district, the commune has issued a number of mechanisms and policies to support and stimulate villages and people to invest in building rural roads, intra-field roads, drainage ditches for residential areas, village cultural houses, flower roads, electric lines, etc.
