On October 14, Lai Chau Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 2613/QD-UBND on approving the internal process for handling administrative procedures regardless of administrative boundaries within the provincial level under the management scope and functions of the Department of Science and Technology of Lai Chau province.

Approval attached to this Decision is the Internal procedure for handling administrative procedures implemented regardless of administrative boundaries within the provincial level under the management scope of the Department of Science and Technology of Lai Chau province.
