Standing Deputy Secretary of An Giang Provincial Party Committee works with 3 communes and wards

On July 31, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of An Giang province Nguyen Thanh Nhan led a working delegation to work with the Standing Committees of the Party Committees of Ha Tien and To Chau wards and Tien Hai commune.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the An Giang Provincial People's Council Nguyen Thanh Nhan and the working delegation inspected the operation and facilities of communes and wards after the merger; leadership and direction work to prepare for the Party Congress at the commune level for the 2025-2030 term in localities.

Speaking at the meeting, comrade Nguyen Thanh Nhan acknowledged the efforts of the localities in stabilizing the organizational apparatus after the merger, promptly implementing the activities of the two-level local government in accordance with the direction of the Central and the province. The localities have issued working regulations, developed the work program for 2025; completed the draft documents of the Ward Party Congress and widely collected opinions in the branches and Party committees.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of An Giang province Nguyen Thanh Nhan requested localities to increase the application of digital transformation and information technology in administration, management of the apparatus and implementation of administrative procedures, creating convenience for people; continue to invest in and perfect e-government, ensuring smoothness, speed and efficiency in the operation process.

Focus on implementing well the work of local management, building a smart urban monitoring system; speeding up the construction progress of key projects, in order to exploit more effectively the local potential and advantages.

Localities need to be proactive and carefully prepare documents as well as conditions for successfully organizing Party congresses; focus on implementing Party building work well; train and foster qualified cadres to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation; carry out inspection and supervision work well within the Party, thoroughly resolve difficulties and shortcomings to create momentum for stronger development in the future...
