Party Committees: Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board; Lung Cu commune organized the Congress of delegates, term 2025-2030

*On the morning of August 1, the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board (PCMB) solemnly held the 1st Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Attending were comrade Hoang Gia Long, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and 59 party members of the Party Committee of the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board.

The Party Committee of the Project Management Board of Construction Investment of Ha Giang Province (old) was established under Decision No. 24-QD/DU dated February 25, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee on the basis of merging the Party Cell of the Project Management Board of Construction Investment of Civil and Industrial Works, the Party Cell of the Project Management Board of Construction Investment of Traffic Works, the Party Cell of the Project Management Board of Construction Investment of Agricultural and Rural Development Works and was renamed the Party Committee of the Project Management Board of Construction Investment of Tuyen Quang Province. The Party Committee consists of 3 Party Cells and 59 Party members. During the past term, the Project Management Board of Construction Investment of the province closely coordinated with functional departments and branches to deploy legal documents of projects and works, carry out compensation and site clearance work, and ensure security and order during the construction process, including: Performing the task of being the investor of 167 projects and works with a total investment of over 14,039 billion VND; Project management organization for other investors is 37 projects and works. The total capital allocated for the period 2021-2025 is over 7,531 billion VND, cumulative disbursement is over 6,355 billion VND, reaching over 84% of the plan.

In the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee of the Provincial Construction Project Management Board will continue to consolidate and improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization; build a clean and strong Party Committee; well implement the principle of democratic centralism, create consensus, promote collective strength; build a team of cadres with strong political will and good professional skills; effectively implement projects and works assigned as investors; proactively sign consulting service contracts with other investors; focus on stabilizing jobs, constantly improving the material and spiritual life of cadres...

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Hoang Gia Long commended, acknowledged and congratulated the achievements of the Provincial Construction Project Management Board Party Committee in the past term. He suggested that the Party Committee focus on improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization; speed up the implementation of assigned projects as investors; carefully review legal documents, remove obstacles early and from afar; resolutely lead and direct the excellent completion of assigned tasks, directly contributing to the success in implementing the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, especially in the field of public investment management and technical infrastructure development.

The Congress announced the decision of the Provincial Party Committee on appointing two delegates to attend the Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030 and voted to pass the Congress resolution.

*On the morning of August 1, Lung Cu Commune Party Committee held the 1st Congress of Delegates, term 2025 - 2030. Attending the Congress were leaders of a number of departments and branches and 118 official delegates.

Comrade Trieu Tai Phong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, presented flowers to congratulate the Party Executive Committee of Lung Cu commune for the 2025-2030 term.

Lung Cu commune was established on the basis of merging the three communes of Lung Cu, Lung Tao and Ma Le. During the past term, Lung Cu commune achieved important results, with 52/62 main targets achieved and exceeded. The leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party committee and organization were enhanced. The political system and the great solidarity bloc of ethnic groups continued to be built and strengthened; the working style and manner of Party members and cadres had positive changes. The economy continued to grow, the economic structure shifted in the right direction. Agriculture developed towards commodity production, more effectively and sustainably, food security was ensured. National target programs were effectively implemented. Trade, services and tourism developed strongly. The average annual poverty rate decreased by 9.8%. The cultural and social fields had many advances, the quality of education and training had many clear changes, the intellectual level of the people was raised; Social security is guaranteed, the material and spiritual life of the people is increasingly improved. Territorial sovereignty and national borders are maintained; political security, social order and safety are ensured. Foreign relations are increasingly expanded, the border is stable, peaceful, friendly, and cooperative for mutual development.

Term 2025 - 2030, with the goal: Building a clean and strong commune Party Committee, firmly protecting national border sovereignty; promoting internal strength, potential, advantages in agriculture and traditional cultural values, gradually turning Lung Cu into a commune developing tourism in the northernmost part of the Fatherland, firmly stepping into the era of national development. Lung Cu commune sets out 5 key tasks and 3 breakthroughs focusing on developing green and sustainable tourism; applying science and technology and making breakthroughs in comprehensive education quality. In particular, setting out a number of specific tasks such as: Attracting 850,000 tourists; the poverty rate reduces by an average of 5-6% annually.

The Congress announced the Decisions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on the appointment of Party Committees, Inspection Committees, and delegates to attend the congresses at higher levels. According to the Decision, the Party Executive Committee of the commune for the 2025-2030 term consists of 25 comrades. Comrade Duong Ngoc Duc was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Lung Cu Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
