Disseminate and thoroughly understand the content of two books by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong

At the Government Inspectorate , the Conference was connected online at 02 points (Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City) with the point of the Party Committee of the Central Agencies Bloc. The Conference was attended by leaders of the Government Inspectorate, members of the Party Committee Inspection Committee, members of the Steering Committee of 35 Party Committees of the Government Inspectorate, heads of Government Inspectorate organizations and Party committees of Party Committees and Party cells under the Government Inspectorate Party Committee.

At the conference, introducing the content of the book: "Building and developing a comprehensive, modern Vietnamese foreign affairs and diplomacy , imbued with the identity of "Vietnamese bamboo"" by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, Ambassador, Dr. Pham Lan Dung, Acting Director of the Diplomatic Academy (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) said that the book selected a number of speeches, articles, speeches, interviews, letters, telegrams... typical of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong on foreign affairs and diplomacy, expressing the consistent and consistent ideology of the Party, headed by the General Secretary, on the results, achievements and the foreign affairs and diplomacy policy of Vietnam in the coming time. The book is of great value because this is the first systematic work, gathering speeches and articles of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong on the field of foreign affairs and diplomacy in the new period.

This is also a very necessary "handbook" to help Party committees, Party organizations, sectors, levels, cadres and Party members grasp and effectively implement foreign affairs work in the coming time; at the same time, it is an important reference document for researchers in Vietnam as well as international friends.

The book is over 800 pages long, with 150 articles and 150 illustrations, including 3 parts: The important role and great contribution of foreign affairs in the cause of national construction and defense. Comrade Do Van Chien, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, introduced the book: "Promoting the tradition of great national unity, building our country to be increasingly rich, civilized and happy" by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong. The book was launched on November 18, 2023, jointly organized by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Central Propaganda Department and the National Political Publishing House Truth.

The book was launched on the occasion of the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam National United Front, and has special value. The book will be a long-term "handbook" on theory, practice, historical significance, on promoting the strength of great national unity in the current period.

The book: “Promoting the tradition of great national solidarity, building our country to be increasingly rich, civilized and happy” by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, consists of three parts: Part one: Great national solidarity - Endogenous strength, the decisive factor for the victory of the cause of building and defending the Fatherland. Part two: Promoting the core political role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations, contributing to the successful implementation of the country's socio-economic development goals. Part three: Promoting the role of all classes of people and localities, contributing more to the cause of national renewal.

Concluding the Conference, on behalf of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Central Agencies, Comrade Nguyen Van The, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Agencies, proposed that in order for the core contents of the two books to spread and penetrate deeply into the minds of cadres and party members, turning awareness into concrete actions, the subordinate Party Committees should continue to organize conferences to study, research, and thematic activities to thoroughly grasp the contents of the two books for cadres, party members, civil servants, and public employees who have not studied at the in-person and online conferences organized by the Party Committee of the Central Agencies so that each party member can understand and continue to propagate to all classes of people the thoughts and guiding viewpoints of the General Secretary drawn from rich practice, demonstrating the vision, clear-sighted intelligence, close, drastic, comprehensive, and convincing direction of the General Secretary on Vietnam's foreign affairs; at the same time, contributing to clarifying our Party's theoretical thinking on foreign affairs.

Comrade Nguyen Van The requested that the subordinate Party Committees carefully study the contents and thoughts of the General Secretary on great national unity and Vietnam's foreign policy, apply them to develop plans with specific contents and tasks in the process of leading, directing and organizing the implementation of Party building work and leading the implementation of political tasks of each Party Committee, agency and unit.
