Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan attends the 1st Ninh Binh Patriotic Emulation Congress

Authorized by the President, Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan awarded the First Class Labor Medal to the Party Committee, government and people of Ninh Binh province for their outstanding achievements in the emulation movement "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas in the period 2021-2025".

Speaking at the Congress, Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan acknowledged and highly appreciated the results, achievements as well as the important contributions of the emulation movement and reward work to the comprehensive development of Ninh Binh over the past 5 years.

Patriotic emulation movements are increasingly developing widely, integrated with campaigns and emulation movements of central branches and organizations, creating a strong driving force to attract all classes of people to participate. Through that, many typical and advanced examples have appeared and spread widely in community life, creating a "flower garden of good people and good deeds of the province".

He emphasized: The country is entering a new stage of development, in the context of the world , regional and domestic situations with intertwined opportunities, advantages, difficulties and challenges. Recently, the Party has issued specialized Resolutions to continue and strongly supplement the strategic "Quad Resolutions", creating a unified whole, which is the foundation, driving force, and breakthrough to realize the two 100-year goals of building a strong and prosperous country.

To contribute to the successful implementation of the Party's major policies, he suggested that the province continue to promote the results and achievements, along with exploiting the potentials, advantages, and development space of the province after the merger to accelerate the breakthrough according to the new growth model; strive to become a centrally-run city with modern industry, high-quality tourism services, green urban areas associated with heritage and be among the leading localities in the country in terms of growth rate of per capita income.

The province needs to harmoniously combine cultural heritage conservation, environmental protection with economic growth; green transformation, digital transformation; building a clean and strong Party and political system in all aspects, economic development, prosperous society, happy people; continue to thoroughly grasp the thoughts of President Ho Chi Minh and Directive 41 of the Politburo on emulation and commendation work; innovate the content and form of emulation, link with the country's key emulation movements, and suit local realities;...

Comrade Truong Quoc Huy, Provincial Party Secretary, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Ninh Binh province spoke at the congress.

Launching the emulation movement for the period 2025-2030, comrade Truong Quoc Huy, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Ninh Binh province, called on all cadres, party members, civil servants, soldiers of the armed forces and people of all walks of life, children of Ninh Binh homeland inside and outside the province to actively respond to the patriotic emulation movement, uphold the spirit of solidarity, innovation, creativity, join hands, and be determined to build Ninh Binh homeland to become increasingly rich, beautiful, civilized and happy.

The Congress also approved the Provincial Delegation to attend the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress, consisting of 36 comrades.

On this occasion, Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan awarded the President's First, Second and Third Class Labor Medals to individuals for their outstanding achievements in work and emulation movements contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the Fatherland; presented gifts from the Vietnam Children's Fund to poor and disadvantaged students with academic achievements in Ninh Binh province worth 200 million VND; and presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers attending the congress.

Many outstanding individuals and collectives in the patriotic emulation movement, period 2020-2025 received Emulation Flags and Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister and Certificates of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
