Quang Ninh Vice Chairman appointed Deputy Minister of Finance

Mr. Bui Van Khang, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province, was appointed by the Prime Minister as Deputy Minister of Finance at the age of 53 on January 29.

New Deputy Minister of Finance Bui Van Khang is from An Binh commune, Kien Xuong district, Thai Binh province; has a master's degree in public administration, a bachelor's degree in law, and advanced political theory.

Before holding the position of Vice Chairman of the province from January 2019, Mr. Khang was the Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Customs Department.

The Ministry of Finance is headed by Mr. Ho Duc Phoc as Minister, with 5 deputy ministers: Mr. Nguyen Duc Chi, Mr. Vo Thanh Hung, Mr. Cao Anh Tuan, Mr. Le Tan Can, and Mr. Bui Van Khang.
