Accordingly, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc assigned Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Son Hung to be the Head of the Steering Committee for the 2025 Provincial High School Graduation Exam. The Departmentof Education and Training was assigned to be the Standing Agency of the Steering Committee.

The Steering Committee has 5 deputy heads, of which Director of the Department of Education and Training Truong Thi Kim Hue was assigned as the Standing Deputy Head of the Steering Committee, the remaining 4 deputy heads are: Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Nguyen Manh Toan, Deputy Director of the Department of Finance Tran Anh Tu, and 2 Deputy Directors of the Department of Education and Training, Do Huy Khanh and Do Dang Bao Linh.

According to the latest data from the Department of Education and Training, the whole province has a total of 36,758 candidates registered for the exam, including 28,932 high school candidates and 7,826 continuing education candidates, of which 307 are independent candidates (independent candidates are candidates who have not graduated from high school or have graduated from high school before 2024, registering for the exam to get high school graduation results or university admission).

The three localities with the largest number of candidates taking the exam are Bien Hoa city with more than 12,600 candidates, Trang Bom district with more than 5,000 candidates, and Long Thanh district with more than 4,100 candidates.
