On the afternoon of July 21, on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), Comrade Nguyen Hoa Binh, Politburo member, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister visited and presented gifts to families of policy beneficiaries and people with revolutionary contributions in Thanh Hoa province.
In Cam Thuy commune, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh and the delegation visited martyr mother Ha Thi Boi (Dong Cha residential group) and war invalid Pham Van Cau (Song village).
Kindly inquiring about the health and living conditions and expressing deep gratitude, comrade Nguyen Hoa Binh acknowledged the great sacrifices and contributions of the families to the cause of national liberation, building and defending the Fatherland.

The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized that the Party, State and people always remember the contributions of heroic martyrs, war invalids, sick soldiers and those who have devoted themselves to the independence and freedom of the country. Caring for the material and spiritual life of those who have contributed is a sacred responsibility, a good morality and tradition of our nation.

He expressed his hope that the wounded and sick soldiers would continue to uphold the noble qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers, be a spiritual support in their families and society, and set a good example for the younger generation to study and practice, contributing to the development of their homeland.
Also in the program, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh visited the Sam Son Nursing Center for Meritorious People and the Thanh Hoa Province Center for Care and Nurturing Meritorious People.
Here, he met and encouraged wounded soldiers, sick soldiers and relatives of meritorious people who are being cared for and treated.

The Deputy Prime Minister affirmed that the sacrifices and contributions of war invalids, sick soldiers and martyrs’ families are immeasurable losses. They are a precious spiritual foundation, fostering the patriotic tradition and indomitable spirit of the Vietnamese people through the ages.
Emphasizing the spirit of "remembering the source of water when drinking", he asked units to continue to pay attention and take care of both the health and spiritual life of those with meritorious services, contributing to easing the pain of war, helping them live happily, healthily and usefully.

The Deputy Prime Minister also encouraged war invalids and sick soldiers to continue to overcome their injuries, maintain their will, rise up in life, and actively participate in social activities.
On this occasion, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh, together with comrade Nguyen Doan Anh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee and provincial leaders presented many meaningful gifts to war invalids, sick soldiers and relatives of meritorious people at the Sam Son Nursing Center for Meritorious People and the Thanh Hoa Provincial Center for Care and Nurturing Meritorious People.
