Deputy Head of Thanh Mien District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee requests early retirement

Comrade Do Van Toan, member of the District Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, wrote a letter requesting early retirement.

On February 15, a representative of the Organizing Committee of Thanh Mien District Party Committee informed that the unit had just received a request from comrade Do Van Toan, member of the District Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, expressing his wish to retire early.

In the application sent to the Organizing Committee of Thanh Mien District Party Committee, comrade Do Van Toan clearly stated that he met the criteria and conditions for early retirement according to Decree 178/2024/ND-CP of the Government . This action stemmed from his personal desire to support the unit in implementing the arrangement and streamlining of the organizational apparatus.

Comrade Do Van Toan hopes that competent authorities will consider and resolve early retirement from March 1, 2025.

Comrade Do Van Toan (born in 1966, in Doan Tung commune, Thanh Mien) has 31 years of working experience in Thanh Mien district. He used to hold the positions of Head of Economic - Infrastructure Department, Secretary of Hung Son commune Party Committee, Head of Natural Resources and Environment Department of Thanh Mien district.

Previously, on the afternoon of February 14, Thanh Mien District Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision to merge the Propaganda and Education Department and the Mass Mobilization Department of the District Party Committee. After the merger, the Propaganda and Education Department of Thanh Mien District Party Committee still has 6 civil servant positions, reducing 1 position. Of which, there is 1 head of the department and 2 deputy heads of the department.
