Coordinate efforts to address pressing issues among the people.

Over the past three years since the implementation of Decision No. 238 of the Central Party Secretariat (12th term), the Provincial Party Standing Committee and subordinate Party committees have paid attention to leading, directing, and implementing the plan, closely adhering to the set goals and tasks. This has significantly contributed to shaping public opinion and strengthening the confidence of cadres, Party members, and the people in the Party's leadership.

Identify and address pressing issues.

According to the assessment of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, over the three years of implementing Decision No. 238 of the Central Party Secretariat (12th term) on "promulgating the Regulations on Coordination between the Propaganda Departments at all levels and state agencies at the same level in the implementation of laws, the deployment of socio -economic development plans, and the resolution of prominent issues of public concern," the awareness of Party committees, governments, officials, and Party members, especially the role of leaders, has been enhanced. The implementation of the coordination regulations has always been included in the annual work programs of Party committees and governments at all levels, promptly identifying and addressing shortcomings and limitations. Through this, solutions have been proposed to implement socio-economic development plans at the local level; and to grasp, handle, and resolve prominent issues of public concern.

Over the past three years, the Propaganda Departments at all levels, in coordination with elected bodies, state management agencies, and judicial agencies at the same level, have disseminated the major viewpoints and orientations on socio-economic development outlined in the 13th National Congress of the Party. In particular, they have promoted the Party's correct and decisive policies to create breakthroughs for rapid and sustainable national development; the work of preventing, combating, and suppressing various types of crime; and resolutions, policies, and laws in the fields of socio-economics, education , health, culture, and traffic safety, creating a positive impact on society.

This includes prominently disseminating information about the province's socio-economic development achievements, the action program implementing the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress, and the three breakthroughs in the 2020-2025 term of the provincial Party committee; the results achieved in various fields: industrial production, seaport exploitation, tourism development; results of agricultural development and new rural construction; and results of Party building work... At the same time, it provides information and promotes key national and provincial projects such as: the North-South Expressway (Eastern section) Phan Thiet - Dau Giay, Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet, and Cam Lam - Vinh Hao. Furthermore, in accordance with the coordination regulations, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department also organizes regular and ad hoc press conferences to provide official information to the press and the public on the socio-economic development situation, as well as issues of public concern.

Implement synchronously from the provincial level to the grassroots level.

To ensure the effective implementation of Decision No. 238, according to the Provincial Party Standing Committee, in the coming period, they will continue to organize the dissemination and implementation synchronously from the provincial level to the grassroots, concretizing it through annual coordination programs and plans, and effectively implementing Decision No. 238. At the same time, they will strengthen ideological guidance and direction, and monitor public opinion within the Party and among the people regarding the implementation of the Party's guidelines and resolutions, the State's policies and laws, and the socio-economic development plans of sectors, localities, and units. Attention will be paid to guiding propaganda from the planning stage, investment policies, and investment licensing for socio-economic development projects and plans; and promptly addressing prominent and pressing issues of public concern and feedback.

On the other hand, it is crucial to coordinate policy communication effectively, closely adhering to the programs, content, and implementation plans of major policies, key tasks, priority areas, and projects that will directly impact and relate to the people. This will enable proactive information dissemination and guidance in a proactive communication approach, aiming to create unity within the Party and consensus among the people. Strengthening the monitoring of public opinion and information on the internet is essential to promptly detect, advise on, and coordinate the handling and prevention of the spread of erroneous and hostile ideas and viewpoints, as well as misleading, harmful, and toxic news, articles, and information from organizations and individuals related to law enforcement and socio-economic development of the province.

Furthermore, emphasis should be placed on conducting preliminary and final reviews and evaluations of the implementation of programs and plans outlined in the Regulations on Coordination between the Propaganda Departments at all levels and state management agencies at the same level in implementing socio-economic development plans and addressing pressing issues of the people. Simultaneously, regular public opinion surveys should be maintained; public opinions should be solicited during the implementation of major provincial programs and projects that directly affect people's lives, in order to find appropriate solutions and directions, and to thoroughly address potential problems among the people...
