The Kazakhstan Paralympic Sports Center, inaugurated in 2018, is a state-of-the-art sports facility specially designed to accommodate people with disabilities. In 2019, the center opened its doors to all people with disabilities free of charge, aiming to promote social inclusion and sports development for the disabled community in Astana.

Mrs. Ngo Phuong Ly was moved by the strong spirit, overcoming fate, and desire to assert themselves of the athletes.

The First Lady highly appreciated the attention of the State of Kazakhstan for disabled children, not only as a demonstration of responsibility but also as a profound humanitarian gesture, helping them to both train physically and cultivate their spirit, confidence and nurture their dreams.

The lady shared that in Vietnam, children with disabilities always receive special attention, there are many sports,education and rehabilitation centers dedicated to the disabled. Policies on education, health care, and career guidance for the disabled are also guaranteed and widely implemented.

"The limit is not in the body, but in the mind," the Lady expressed her belief that with the desire to rise, faith and support of family, teachers and community, the children will write their own magical stories.

The Lady wished the Kazakhstan Paralympic Sports Center further development, becoming a model of humanity, progress and a warm home for children.

Visiting the National Museum, Mrs. Ngo Phuong Ly was introduced to historical archaeological sites, outstanding ancient jewelry exhibitions, and typical art galleries of Kazakhstan.

The National Museum of Kazakhstan (capital Astana) is one of the largest and most modern museums in Central Asia. Inaugurated in 2014 with an area of ​​about 74,000 m2, the museum is a national cultural symbol, reflecting the history and national identity of Kazakhstan from prehistoric to modern times.
